With a strong foundation in international logistics from her experience in Shanghai, China, Cathy honed her expertise in project management, adeptly overseeing complex operations and ensuring seamless coordination across teams
In addition to her project management acumen, Cathy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience. This financial expertise provides her with an in-depth understanding of financial and compliance matters—critical for managing construction budgets, ensuring regulatory adherence, and maintaining cost efficiency.
Cathy’s approach is methodical and results-driven, making her a valuable leader in overseeing construction management and sustaining the financial health of projects from inception to completion.

Endrit brings a unique blend of expertise and artistry to our team. With over 15 years in architecture and interior design and a rich background in fine art, Endrit has made his mark on high-profile projects across Europe and the USA. His experience includes serving as a lead interior designer with renowned firms like 47 Design/Studio Becker Kitchen and Studio Interior Design in Boston
But what truly defines Endrit is his approach to design and his character. Known for his kindness and warmth, he connects effortlessly with clients and colleagues alike, making every project feel collaborative and considered. His passion for design shines through in his dedication; Endrit works tirelessly, pouring himself into every detail to ensure spaces feel both inspired and grounded. Beyond his technical skill, he has the eye and soul of an artist—a quality that brings depth and creativity to each project he touches.

With over 40 years of experience, Humberto is a master of fine carpentry, bringing craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project. Specializing in final finishes, he has worked on hundreds of projects each year, perfecting kitchens, staircases, trims, and custom millwork. His expertise ensures that every space is completed with precision, quality, and a touch of artistry.
